DESCRIPTION

The MIC2920A-3.3WS TR is a 400mA low-dropout Voltage Regulator with very low dropout voltage (typically 40mV at light loads and 370mV at 250mA) and very low quiescent current (140µA typical). The quiescent current of the regulator increases only slightly in dropout, prolonging battery life. The regulator features include protection against reversed battery, fold-back current limiting and automotive load-dump protection.
