The MCP9700BT-E/TT is a low-power linear active thermistor IC designed to convert temperature to an analog voltage. This sensor provides an accuracy of ±1°C over a +20°C to +70°C range and operates on a wide supply voltage of 2.3V to 5.5V. It features a temperature coefficient of 10.0 mV/°C and consumes a low typical operating current of 6 µA.
