DESCRIPTION

The MCP6273T-E/CH is a single operational amplifier featuring rail-to-rail input and output and a chip select (CS) input. It provides a typical Gain Bandwidth Product (GBWP) of 2 MHz while drawing a low quiescent current of 170 µA. The device operates on a single supply voltage from 2.0V to 6.0V and supports a common mode input voltage range extending 300 mV beyond the supply rails. The chip select input allows the amplifier to be placed in a low-power mode, making it ideal for battery-powered systems, portable equipment, analog filters, and automotive applications within its extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
