DESCRIPTION

The MCP6002T-E/MS is a dual operational amplifier designed for general-purpose applications. It operates on a single supply voltage from 1.8V to 6.0V while drawing a low quiescent current of 100 µA per amplifier, typical. This device provides a 1 MHz gain bandwidth product, rail-to-rail input and output swing, and a typical phase margin of 90 degrees. The MCP6002T-E/MS is specified for the extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and comes in an 8-Lead MSOP package. Its characteristics make it ideal for battery-powered systems, portable equipment, analog filters, and photodiode amplifiers.
