DESCRIPTION
The MCP47CVB12-E/UN is a dual-channel, 10-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with volatile memory and buffered voltage outputs. It operates from a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and communicates via an I2C-compatible serial interface supporting speeds up to 3.4 Mbps. The device offers flexible voltage reference options, including VDD, an external VREF pin, or an internal band gap, and features configurable output gains of 1x or 2x. Power-down modes with selectable pull-down resistors are available to reduce power consumption. This DAC is ideal for applications like set point or offset trimming, sensor calibration, portable instrumentation, and data acquisition systems.
