The ATSAMD21G17D-AUT is a low-power, 32-bit microcontroller from the SAM D21 family, featuring an Arm Cortex-M0+ core running at up to 48 MHz. This device is equipped with 128 KB of in-system programmable Flash, 16 KB of SRAM, and supports Read-While-Write EEPROM (RWWEE) emulation as indicated by its 'D' variant. It integrates a rich set of peripherals including a full-speed USB 2.0 host and device interface, a 12-channel Direct Memory Access Controller (DMAC), six configurable SERCOM communication interfaces, and advanced timer/counters. Housed in a 48-pin TQFP package, its combination of performance, low-power modes, and extensive peripheral set makes it ideal for a wide range of applications such as industrial controls, consumer electronics, and capacitive touch interfaces.
