The AT28HC64B-70SU is a high-performance 64K (8,192 words by 8 bits) parallel EEPROM designed for systems requiring reliable non-volatile storage. It features a fast read access time of 70 ns and operates from a single 5V Â±10% supply. The device offers low power consumption with a 40 mA active current and a 100 ÂµA CMOS standby current. Key features include an automatic 64-byte page write operation, hardware and software data protection, and an industrial operating temperature range of -40Â°C to 85Â°C. With high reliability, including an endurance of 100,000 cycles and 10-year data retention, it is ideal for various industrial and data-logging applications.
