DESCRIPTION

The APT50M80LVFRG is a high-voltage, N-Channel enhancement mode power MOSFET designed for fast switching and high-reliability applications. It is rated for a drain-source voltage of 500V and a continuous drain current of 58A at a case temperature of 25°C. This device features a low on-state resistance (RDS(on)) of 0.080Ω to minimize conduction losses and a fast recovery body diode. With its avalanche energy rating and optimized gate layout for faster switching, this FREDFET is well-suited for demanding applications such as switch-mode power supplies, power factor correction, and motor control.
