DESCRIPTION

The RTV103-300ML is a high-strength, one-part adhesive sealant supplied as a black paste in a 10.1 oz cartridge. It cures to a tough, resilient silicone rubber upon exposure to atmospheric moisture, becoming tack-free in 20 minutes and fully curing in approximately 3 days at room temperature. Once cured, the material has a tensile strength of 400 psi, an elongation of 450%, and an operational temperature range of -60Â°C to 205Â°C. Its paste-like consistency allows for application on vertical and overhead surfaces, making it ideal for insulating, sealing, bonding, and creating formed-in-place gaskets in applications compliant with FDA and MIL-A-46106 standards.
