DESCRIPTION

RXEF090 is a radial-leaded PolySwitch PPTC (Polymeric Positive Temperature Coefficient) resettable device designed for overcurrent protection in electronic circuits. It features a hold current of 0.90A at 25°C, a trip current of 1.80A, and a maximum voltage rating of 72V. The device has a typical resistance range of 0.20O to 0.47O and a maximum interrupt current of 40A. With thermal derating characteristics allowing operation from -40°C to 85°C, this RoHS and ELV compliant device is ideal for applications requiring low hold currents and high voltage ratings. The RXEF090 is recognized by UL, CSA, and TÜV safety agencies.
