Y651050800P is a sealed tactile switch from the MD & MDP series designed for reliable operation in aircraft instruments, radio equipment, and panel applications. The switch features momentary action with normally open SPST contact configuration and through-hole PCB terminations, offering short travel of 0.4 mm ± 0.25 mm with a hard actuator force of 2.6 N ± 25% and excellent tactile feedback of = 25%. It operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to 85°C (gold contact variant) with maximum power rating of 0.2 VA, voltage range of 20 mVDC to 100 VDC, and current range of 50 µA to 50 mA, while maintaining contact resistance of = 100 mO and dielectric strength of = 250 Vrms. The self-cleaning design and sealed construction provide long-lasting reliability with 200,000 cycles of operating life, making it ideal for demanding aerospace and instrumentation environments where durability and consistent tactile response are critical.
