DESCRIPTION

KST241JLFS is a long travel tactile switch designed for surface mount technology (SMT) applications. It features a rubber actuator with silver contact material, J-bend terminals, and SPST normally open (N.O.) momentary contact arrangement. The switch operates with a force of 2.45-4.55 N (±30%), offers a travel to make of 1.3+0.3/-0.2 mm, and is rated for 100,000 operations. Electrical specifications include a maximum voltage of 32 VDC, maximum current of 50 mA, maximum power of 1.0 VA, and contact resistance less than 100 mO. With IP40 sealing and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, this RoHS compliant switch is ideal for front panel controls, car dashboards, telephone sets, and instrumentation applications.
