DESCRIPTION

HDS001L is a micro mini side actuated surface mount detect switch from the HDS Series, designed for compact electronic applications requiring reliable detection. This low profile switch sits just 1.4 mm off the PCB and features a gray base and actuator with left actuation orientation. It offers a low actuation force of 30 grams maximum, contact rating of 1 mA at 5 VDC, and mechanical/electrical life of 100,000 cycles minimum. The switch operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +80°C and features contact resistance of 1 O maximum initial. Common applications include consumer electronics, computers, medical devices, mobile communications, and ATCA/MicroTCA devices where space-saving and reliable detection are essential.
