DESCRIPTION

The HDP001L is a micro mini side-actuated surface mount detect switch featuring a grey body and actuator, designed for compact applications requiring low profile and side actuation. It offers a contact rating of 1 mA at 5 VDC with a mechanical and electrical life of 100,000 cycles minimum, contact resistance less than 500 mO initial, and insulation resistance greater than 100 MO. The switch operates over a temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and features a total travel of 1.3 mm with an "ON" starting position of 2.96 ± 0.25 mm. Constructed from halogen-free PA 46 materials with stainless steel movable contacts and phosphor bronze fixed contacts, the HDP001L is ideal for consumer electronics, computers, medical devices, mobile communications, and ATCA/MicroTCA applications where reliable detection and compact form factor are essential.
