DESCRIPTION

ASKHC2B14AY is a general-purpose snap-acting switch from the A Series designed for low-cost, high-performance switching applications. The switch features a black button with a high overtravel plunger actuator and leaf contact configuration, available in single-pole or double-pole circuitry with 0.250" quick-connect terminations. It operates with a maximum force of 20 oz (567 grams) for single-pole models and 40 oz (1134 grams) for double-pole models, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to 85°C and contact ratings up to 25 AMPS at 277 V AC. The switch delivers 75,000 electrical cycles at 25 AMPS and 200,000 cycles at 15 AMPS, with 1,000 MO minimum insulation resistance and 1,000 Vrms dielectric strength. Typical applications include enclosure equipment, garage door openers, and vending machines where reliable snap-acting switching is required.
