DESCRIPTION

The 65-0097-2331 is an organic acid, water-soluble liquid flux developed for soldering circuit board assemblies. This flux features a unique, neutral pH chemistry that provides excellent ionic cleanliness and is classified as ORH1 per J-STD-004. With a specific gravity of 0.899 ± 0.005 and 33% solids content, it offers high activity while minimizing issues like icicling and bridging.
