DESCRIPTION

The 135-3801-811 is a 50 ohm dummy load plug assembly designed for RF and microwave testing applications. It features a precision 50 ohm resistor with ±1% tolerance integrated into a brass and beryllium copper construction with multiple plating layers (nickel and copper) for enhanced durability and electrical performance. The assembly operates across a frequency range of 0 to 1 GHz with a maximum power rating of 0.5 watts at 25°C, derated to 0.25 watts at -125°C, and maintains mechanical durability through 500 minimum engagement/disengagement cycles. The connector exhibits an encasement force of 8.0 lbs maximum with typical engagement at 1.4 lbs and minimum disengagement at 1.0 lbs, along with a 2 lbs minimum axial contact retention force. This dummy load is ideal for impedance matching, signal termination, and RF circuit testing in laboratory and field environments where precise 50 ohm termination is required.
