DESCRIPTION

The 108-1090-001 is an insulated stacking single-type banana plug designed for test equipment and power supply applications. It features a brass plug body per QQ-B-626D with a nickel silver spring per QQ-C-585, nickel finish, and a nylon 6/6 insulated handle per ASTM D4066 in blue color. The plug accepts standard banana jacks with a 0.166 inch (4.23 mm) diameter and includes a solder stud that accepts up to 16 gauge wire with built-in strain relief for long operational life. With a rated current of 15 amps, breakdown voltage of 3500 Vrms minimum, and contact resistance of 0.010 ohms maximum, this connector is ideal for reliable connections in test and measurement systems where color-coded identification and stackable design are beneficial.
