DESCRIPTION

The MS3108E14S-6S is a MIL-DTL 5015 Series I circular connector featuring a 90° plug configuration with socket gender and 6 size 16S solder cup contacts with hard silver plating. It incorporates a threaded coupling mechanism with an endbell clamp and bushing design, constructed from aluminum alloy shell with olive drab chromate coating over cadmium plating, and neoprene insulator material. The connector is rated for 22 A at +20°C, with a contact resistance of 6 mO, test voltage of 1050 Vrms, and operates reliably across -55°C to +125°C ambient temperature range. It meets IP65 protection standards, provides 500 hours salt spray resistance, and supports a minimum of 500 mating cycles with a coupling torque of 3.6 Nm maximum for closing. This connector is widely used in military and aerospace applications requiring robust, reliable interconnections in harsh environments.
