DESCRIPTION

M24308/24-27F is a subminiature rectangular connector plug featuring 25 contacts, designed to meet MIL-C-24308 specifications for demanding aerospace and ground support equipment applications. The connector incorporates a rugged aluminum shell with cadmium plating and yellow chromate supplementary coating, providing superior vibration and moisture resistance. Contacts are copper alloy with gold plating (0.00002 inches over 0.00004 inches of nickel), and the assembly includes nylon potting cups and dust caps for environmental protection. The connector utilizes rear insertion, rear-release retention system for field-proven reliability. This product is ideal for aircraft, missile, and ground support equipment where rugged construction and environmental sealing are critical requirements.
