DESCRIPTION

M24308/2-3Z is a subminiature rectangular connector plug featuring solder-type contacts and a rugged aluminum shell with peripheral seal, designed to meet MIL-C-24308 requirements for aircraft, missile, and ground support equipment applications. The connector incorporates a cadmium-plated aluminum shell with yellow chromate supplementary coating and non-removable factory-installed solder contacts composed of copper alloy with gold plating over nickel. All assemblies are provided with nylon potting cups and dust caps to ensure superior vibration and moisture resistance in demanding environmental conditions. This connector is ideal for applications requiring reliable electrical connections in high-reliability aerospace and defense systems where environmental protection and mechanical durability are critical.
