DESCRIPTION

DBMZ-9H4S-N-A197 is a Combo D Series D-Subminiature connector offering mixed contact layouts designed for combined signal and power transmission. The connector features a 9H4 contact arrangement with 5 contacts of size 20 and 4 contacts of size 8, supporting wire gauges from AWG 8 to AWG 26. It delivers a maximum current rating of 7.5 A for signal contacts and 40 A for size 8 contacts, with a dielectric withstanding voltage of 500 VAC at sea level and contact resistance of 10 mO maximum. The connector operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and is constructed with a steel shell finished in pure tin over nickel, thermoplastic insulator (PCT UL 94V-0), and copper alloy contacts with gold flash finish. This connector is ideal for industrial equipment, aerospace applications, and systems requiring robust mixed-signal interconnection with high current capacity and environmental durability.
