DESCRIPTION

121583-0092 is a 51-way snap-in receptacle connector with secondary lock version, designated APD-2SS51S, featuring yellow color coding (RAL 1018) for visual mating identification and mechanical keying to prevent mis-mating. The connector operates at 48 VDC with a maximum contact resistance of 5 mO and supports a maximum current carrying capacity of 12 A per contact. It is constructed with PBT GF housing, FKM sealing parts, and copper alloy contacts with gold or tin plating, providing excellent durability with 40 mating cycles and a coupling torque of 4.5 Nm maximum. The connector is rated for harsh environmental conditions including temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, humidity up to 95% relative humidity, IP 67 and IP 69k sealing protection, and compatibility with brake fluid, ATF, and fuel.
