DESCRIPTION

097391-0503 is a Micro-D PCB connector from the MDM-PCB series, designed for use with flex circuitry, flat cable, and printed circuit boards. It features a standard MDM metal shell construction with 0.050" (1.27 mm) contact spacing and utilizes Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) insulator material. The connector provides high density and high reliability interconnection with termination configurations on a 0.100" (2.54 mm) x 0.100" (2.54 mm) grid pattern, offset 0.050" (1.27 mm). Standard lead termination is #24 AWG gold plated solid copper with solder or tin dipped finish. Common applications include board-to-board, board-to-cable, and cable-to-cable connections in high-reliability environments.
