DESCRIPTION

025-9534-000 is a Micro-D metal shell connector featuring 0.050" (1.27 mm) contact spacing with aluminum shells that provide electromagnetic (EMI) and RFI shielding, greater strength, and resistance to chipping and cracking. The connector employs size 24 MICROPINTM/MICROSOCKETTM contacts and incorporates a silicone elastomer compression interfacial seal to provide moisture and humidity protection between each contact. Available in 8 shell sizes accommodating 9 to 100 contacts with optional coaxial and power contact arrangements, this connector meets demanding environmental and performance requirements for highly reliable, lightweight, and compact applications. The connector is designed for applications requiring extreme miniaturization, high contact density, and rugged performance in moisture-sealed environments, making it ideal for aerospace, military, and industrial systems.
