DESCRIPTION

The XN4E-BL422MRH is a non-illuminated padlockable emergency stop switch featuring a Ø44 mm mushroom operator with 2NC main contacts and 2NO monitor contacts. This switch is designed for safety-critical applications requiring secure latching capability with padlock provision. The device includes IP20 fingersafe terminals with M3 terminal screws and a rubber gasket, supporting solid wire connections only. The plastic bezel type construction accommodates panel thicknesses from 1 to 5 mm with a panel cut-out of Ø30.5 mm. Common applications include industrial machinery emergency shutdown systems, control stations, and safety interlocks where both main circuit interruption and monitoring feedback are required.
