DESCRIPTION

The HW1F-2 is a 22mm IEC-style illuminated pushbutton operator with a plastic bezel, designed for use in industrial control and signaling applications. This maintained-action operator is part of IDEC's HW Series and features a modular design that allows assembly with various contact blocks (1NO, 1NC, or combinations), mounting adaptors, and safety lever locks. The unit supports transformer-based illumination with 6V secondary voltage options at 120VAC, 240VAC, or 480VAC input, and can accommodate LED or incandescent lamps with selectable colors (Amber, Green, Red, Blue, White, Yellow). The operator includes finger-safe IP20 contact protection as standard, tamperproof construction, and worldwide approvals including CE, UL, CSA, CCC, and TÜV certification. Common applications include emergency stop systems, process control panels, and machinery control interfaces where reliable, easy-to-assemble switching with visual indication is required.
