DESCRIPTION
The HE2G-21SHE-L-K is a compact grip enabling switch combining a 3-position swing enabling switch with integrated emergency stop, momentary pushbutton, and key selector switch for comprehensive safety control. The device features dual enabling contacts for high safety levels, operates at rated insulation voltage of 250 V with rated thermal current of 3 A (emergency stop: 5 A), and supports both AC and DC loads with contact ratings up to 2.5 A at 30 V AC resistive and 1.5 A at 250 V AC resistive. It delivers 1,200 operations per hour with mechanical life of 1,000,000 operations minimum (position 1?2?1) and 100,000 operations minimum (position 1?2?3?1), along with 1,000,000 electrical operations minimum at rated load. The switch operates reliably across -25 °C to 60 °C with insulation resistance of 100 MO minimum, shock resistance to 150 m/s² (150 G), and vibration resistance from 5 to 55 Hz at 0.5 mm amplitude. Commonly used in industrial machinery, robotics, and safety-critical applications requiring integrated emergency stop and control functionality.
