DESCRIPTION

The AL6Q-A24-JW is an LED-illuminated maintained (latching) square pushbutton switch designed for industrial control and signaling applications. This unit features a square 18mm lens with Cool White (JW) LED illumination rated at 24V AC/DC, utilizing a built-in current-limiting resistor and reverse polarity protection diode that require no external components. The switch offers SPDT or DPDT contact configurations with gold-clad silver contacts rated for 250V AC/DC maximum voltage and 3A thermal current, with a minimum applicable load of 5V AC/DC at 1mA for reliable low-level switching. Available in both dustproof (IP40) and oiltight (IP65) versions with .110" solder or quick-connect terminals, the unit operates across -25°C to +55°C and mounts through a standard 16mm (5/8") hole with panel thickness accommodation of 0.5 to 6mm. This maintained-action pushbutton is ideal for operator interface panels, machine control stations, and process automation systems where visual feedback and latching operation are required.
