DESCRIPTION

The A604CHEMC is a continuous hinge-cover junction box used in indoor applications to contain stray electromagnetic interference (EMI) and shield internal components from external EMI/RFI. Constructed from 16-gauge steel, this enclosure measures 6.00 x 4.00 x 3.00 inches and features continuously welded seams, a continuous hinge, and stainless steel cover clamps. A combination woven steel mesh and oil-resistant gasket ensures a proper seal, providing shielding effectiveness greater than 80 dB at 1 GHz. This enclosure is ideal for housing sensitive electronic components and is compliant with UL 508A, NEMA Type 12/13, and IEC 60529 IP54 standards.
