DESCRIPTION

The DF22R-3S-7.92C(28) is a 3-position high-current connector from the DF22 Series designed for internal power supply applications. It features a 7.92 mm contact pitch with a rated current of 25 A (using 10 AWG conductor) and is rated for 1000 V AC/DC. The connector incorporates a positive locking mechanism with a completely enclosed locking system to prevent accidental disconnection, a right-side guide key (color black), and built-in posts for correct board placement and orientation. Each contact is electrically isolated from adjacent contacts by housing walls to prevent short circuits, and the connector supports resin sealing up to 10 mm. It operates across a temperature range of -55 °C to +85 °C and is UL, C-UL, and TÜV certified, making it suitable for high-reliability power distribution, battery isolation, and internal wiring in industrial and electronic equipment.
