DESCRIPTION
The 157-00052 is a one-piece cable tie with a fir tree mount and disc, designed for mounting and securing wires, cables, and tubes. Made from heat-stabilized Polyamide 6.6 (PA66HS), this 8.6-inch long tie can accommodate bundle diameters from 2.0 mm up to 50.0 mm. The fir tree mount fits into round holes of 6.5 mm to 7.2 mm in diameter on panels with a thickness between 0.6 mm and 8.5 mm, offering low insertion and high extraction forces. The tie's outside serrations protect sensitive insulation, while the integrated disc offers added protection from debris and vibration. This all-in-one design provides a secure and efficient fastening solution that reduces installation time and costs.
