DESCRIPTION

The 156-00861 is a two-piece cable tie assembly designed to route and secure wire bundles to the edge of a panel. This assembly includes an 8.0-inch outside-serrated cable tie with a 50 lb minimum tensile strength, which reduces chafing on the bundle insulation. The integrated edge clip, made from heat-stabilized Polyamide 6.6, attaches to panels from 1.0 mm to 3.0 mm thick, eliminating the need for a mounting hole. The two-piece design allows the mount to slide along the strap for proper orientation, and an integrated metal clamp ensures high extraction force, making it a robust solution for various assembly environments.
