DESCRIPTION
The 156-00860 is a two-piece cable tie assembly designed to route wire bundles by securing them to the edge of a plastic or metal sheet. This assembly includes an 8.0-inch outside serrated cable tie and an EC4A edge clip that attaches to panels with a thickness between 1.0 mm and 3.0 mm. The tie accommodates bundle diameters from 5.0 mm to 50.0 mm, features a minimum tensile strength of 225 N, and has outside serrations to reduce bundle chafing. The clip's integrated metal clamp provides high extraction force, and the two-piece design allows the mount to slide along the strap, ensuring proper orientation in various assembly environments.
