DESCRIPTION

SHG14003 is a 45W PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) heater designed to provide enclosed electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment with protection from low temperatures, condensation, and corrosion. The heater features a self-regulating PTC resistor heating element housed in an anodized extruded aluminum body, with push-type terminals for quick and easy wiring of stranded and solid wire (AWG 20 to AWG 16, 0.5–1.5 mm²). It operates on AC/DC 110–250V with a maximum inrush current of 3.5A, and is easily mounted via clip mounting on 35 mm DIN rails. The unit maintains a stable temperature environment within enclosures, allowing critical components to perform with consistent reliability for longer periods. With IP20 protection rating, Protection Class I (1600V test voltage), and approvals including UL Recognized Component and CE certification, it is ideal for industrial and commercial applications requiring thermal management and environmental protection.
