R100-202-000 is a Type 4X diecast aluminum enclosure designed for industrial control equipment requiring watertight, robust protection. The enclosure features a shallow lid with deep body construction and measures 200 mm width × 300 mm length × 120 mm depth (including lid), providing substantial internal space for component mounting. The enclosure is constructed from aluminum die-cast material (G AI SI 12 / DIN 1775) with a textured polyester powder coat finish available in beige (RAL7032) or light gray (RAL7035), and incorporates a neoprene oil and petrol resistant gasket rated for temperatures from -40°C to +80°C. It features captive stainless steel lid screws, a patented single-channel fastening system that maximizes interior space, and internal mounting shelves with blind holes and grounding screws along both sides. The enclosure is CSA certified, UL Listed for Type 4 applications, and meets NEMA 4X, IP66, and DIN 40050 protection standards, making it ideal for harsh industrial environments, outdoor installations, and applications requiring chemical resistance and reliable environmental sealing.
