The 1455N1601 is an extruded aluminum enclosure featuring a rounded rectangle profile with anodized finish options (clear, black, blue, or red). It measures 160 mm in length, 103 mm in width, and 53 mm in depth, providing substantial internal space for PC board mounting and equipment integration. The enclosure body is constructed from extruded aluminum with a minimum thickness of 0.06 inches (1.5 mm) and includes a slide-removable belly plate for easy access and component installation. The design incorporates internal slots for horizontal PC board mounting, accommodating standard Eurocards, and is available with either aluminum end panels (finish-matched to the body with optional black ABS plastic bezels) or plastic end caps. The enclosure includes self-adhesive rubber feet for vibration isolation and protection, with replacement feet available separately. This rugged construction and modular design make it ideal for industrial equipment, instrumentation, data acquisition systems, and applications requiring reliable electromagnetic shielding and component protection.
