DESCRIPTION

The 14AP-L1-03-Y is a sealed SMT pushbutton switch with integrated yellow LED illumination, designed for reliable operation in demanding environments. It features an IP64 dynamic seal rating, 32 oz (9N) actuation force, and SPST normally open contact configuration with lead-free solder process compatibility. The switch delivers excellent tactile feedback with a total travel of 1.5 mm, contact resistance of 50 mO maximum initially and 250 mO after life, and operates reliably across -40°C to 85°C. The yellow LED provides bright illumination with 55 mO minimum luminous intensity at 20 mA, forward voltage of 2.0 V typical (2.5 V maximum), and 590 nm wavelength. This switch is ideal for multi-function handgrips, remote controllers for robotics and unmanned vehicles, portable medical electronics, and marine applications where sealed, tactile feedback switches with visual indication are required.
