DESCRIPTION

FF28-12A-R11A-3H is a 0.25 mm pitch FPC back-lock connector featuring 12 contacts with upper contact configuration and right-angle contact style, designed for low-profile board-mounted applications. The connector incorporates DDK's original cam-type cable-lock mechanism to provide positive retention of the FPC and prevent inadvertent upward pulling, with an ultra-low profile height of 0.66 mm making it one of the smallest board-mounted FPC LIF connectors available. Key technical specifications include a rated voltage of 50 V AC (r.m.s.), rated current of 0.2 A per contact, dielectric withstand voltage of 200 V AC (r.m.s.) for 1 minute, and contact resistance of 80 mO maximum. The connector features copper alloy contacts with gold flash plating over nickel, LCP resin housing (UL94V-0), and PPS resin lock lever (UL94V-0), with halogen-free material composition for RoHS2 compliance. This connector is ideal for compact consumer electronics, mobile devices, and portable medical equipment where space constraints and reliable FPC retention are critical requirements.
