DESCRIPTION

FLS-110-EK-1392 is a venturi-type evaluation kit designed for the FLS110 miniature gas flow sensor with integrated flow pressure sensing capability. The kit includes a USB-I2C-bus adapter, ribbon cable assembly, and an FLS110 sensor module mounted in a fluidic fixture with a nominal flow range of 500 slm and 25 mm port outer diameter. The 3D-printed fluidic fixture (FL-001392-DW) measures 200 × 25 × 33 mm and features O-ring sealed ports compatible with Nitrile 50 ShA or 70 ShA seals (1 mm inside diameter, 0.5 mm cross section). The evaluation kit operates with Windows 10 GUI software for real-time flow and pressure monitoring, with an update rate of 20 Hz and support for three-point system calibration. This kit is ideal for rapid prototyping and testing of FLS110-based flow sensing solutions in high-flow applications requiring both flow rate and differential pressure measurements.
