FLS-110-EK-1238 is an evaluation kit designed for the FLS110 mass flow sensor, featuring a bypass-viscous fluidic fixture with a nominal flow range of 25 slm and integrated flow pressure sensing. The kit includes a USB-I2C adapter, ribbon cable assembly, and an FLS110 sensor module mounted in a 3D-printed Accura Xtreme grey fluidic fixture with dimensions of 98 × 30 × 19 mm. The sensor module operates with firmware version 6.0.1 (build 63.0.1) and provides continuous readings at an update rate of 20 Hz, supporting three-point system calibration and temperature offset adjustments. The fixture features 10 mm port outer diameter connectors and is sealed with Nitrile O-rings (1 mm inside diameter, 0.5 mm cross section). This evaluation kit is ideal for development, testing, and integration of mass flow measurement systems in applications requiring accurate flow and pressure monitoring up to 25 slm.
