DESCRIPTION

The FMAD1240 is a precision, straight-body adapter designed to connect a Type N male interface to an SMA female interface. Constructed from durable passivated stainless steel, it operates from DC up to 18 GHz with an excellent maximum VSWR of 1.25:1 and a maximum insertion loss of 0.21 dB. The adapter features gold-plated beryllium copper contacts rated for 500 mating cycles and can operate in a wide temperature range from -65°C to +125°C. It is ideal for enabling connections between different connector series in applications such as general-purpose testing and precision test and measurement setups.
