DESCRIPTION

D4G0211N is a D4 Series open-frame rotary switch featuring 2 poles with 2 to 11 active positions and glass epoxy insulation. The switch employs a single-ball, hill and valley index mechanism with a standard 30° indexing angle and adjustable stop positions, delivering a crisp detenting action with smooth, reliable operation. It is rated for 1.5 amps at 28 VDC (make and break resistive load) with a current carrying capacity of 9 amps, dielectric strength of 1,500 VAC, and contact resistance averaging 3.5 milliohms. The switch features non-corrosive brass clips and rotors with silver plating, an index life of 25,000 cycles minimum, and a stop strength of 10 in. lbs. minimum. With its economical design, compact 1.437" diameter form factor, and solder lug terminals, the D4G0211N is well-suited for instrumentation, control panels, and general industrial switching applications requiring reliable multi-position selection.
