DESCRIPTION

The 2228M is a 1-pole, 10-position BCD thumbwheel switch from the 2000 Series, featuring a non-reflective spray matte finish. It is engineered for high reliability with a minimum mechanical life of 1,000,000 detents and features gold-plated bifurcated copper alloy contacts. The switch is rated for a switching load of 125 mA at 28 VDC or 115 VAC and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +75°C. Its large size and robust construction make it ideal for demanding industrial control applications where ease of use, even with gloves, is essential.
