DESCRIPTION

177656G is a 1 Pole thumbwheel switch from EECO's 1776 Series with 10 switching positions and D02 (Complement with Separate Common to Not True Bits) output code. The switch features a standard 0.500" width and offers proven reliability with a minimum life of 1,000,000 detents at 10 mA and 5 VDC at +25°C. It operates with a tangential operating force of 6-18 Oz. and supports a maximum switching load of 125 mA at 28 VDC or 115 VAC, with initial contact resistance of 100 mO maximum. The switch is lead-free and RoHS compliant, constructed with polycarbonate housing, gold over nickel plated contacts, and glass epoxy circuit disc. Common applications include industrial control panels, instrumentation, and front-panel selection interfaces where decimal encoding and reliable switching are required.
