DESCRIPTION

The 626-037-562-012 is a 37-contact D-sub receptacle connector designed for right-angle PC board termination. It features phosphor bronze contacts with 10u" (0.25um) Class 2 gold plating in the mating area and tin plating on the contact tails, ensuring high reliability and low contact resistance. The connector is housed in a nickel-plated steel shell for EMI/RFI shielding and includes a .120" (3.05mm) diameter through-hole top ground feature. Secure panel mounting is facilitated by #4-40 UNC threaded inserts. Designed based on MIL-C-24308 and EIA RS-232/RS-449 requirements, it is suitable for various industrial and communication applications requiring a robust, polarized connection.
