DESCRIPTION
ECS-3225MV-260-CN-TR is a miniature SMD HCMOS crystal oscillator with MultiVolt capability designed for low-power and portable applications. The device operates across a wide supply voltage range of 1.62 to 3.63 V and is compatible with 1.8 V, 2.5 V, or 3.3 V power supplies, making it ideal for LoRa WAN, Industrial, and IoT applications. Key technical characteristics include a 26 MHz output frequency, frequency stability of ±50 ppm over the -40°C to +85°C operating temperature range, low phase jitter of 1 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz), and a compact 3.2 × 2.5 × 1.2 mm ceramic package with a 3.2 × 2.5 mm footprint. The oscillator features a tri-state output function, rise and fall times of 7 ns, and current consumption ranging from 3 mA to 40 mA depending on frequency.
