DESCRIPTION

The KD1-2.5 is a 2.5A resettable pushbutton circuit protector from the Heinemann KD1 Re-Cirk-It® series, offering protection from overload current conditions. It is rated for 250 Vac or 50 Vdc and features an interrupting capacity of 1000A at 250 Vac. With a typical internal resistance of 0.064 ohms, this thermal protector is designed for a life of 5,000 operations at 150% of its rated current and has a resettable overload capacity of 10 times its rating. As a convenient replacement for single-use fuses, the KD1-2.5 is ideal for protecting appliances, power supplies, power tools, and laboratory equipment.
