DESCRIPTION

PM-5R0V105-R is a PowerStor supercapacitor utilizing electrochemical double layer capacitor (EDLC) construction with a nominal capacitance of 1.0 Farad and a working voltage of 5.0V. The device features a nominal ESR of 0.15 O at 1 kHz and 0.20 O at 100 Hz, with a nominal leakage current of 15 µA after 100 hours at 5V and 20°C. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 60°C (with extended operation to 85°C at reduced voltage of 3.9V), and has a capacitance tolerance of -20% to +80% at 20°C. The vertical configuration measures 10.5 × 20.8 × 22.5 mm with a typical mass of 3.5 grams. This supercapacitor is ideal for pulse power applications, bridge or hold-up power scenarios, and energy storage systems requiring high cycle life and low leakage performance.
