DESCRIPTION

The LPJ-90SP is a Bussmann series non-indicating, dual-element, time-delay Class J fuse engineered for ultimate circuit protection. It is rated for 90 amps and can be used in systems up to 600Vac or 300Vdc. This fuse features a high interrupting rating of 300kA AC and 100kA DC, ensuring safety in high fault current applications. Its time-delay characteristic allows it to withstand temporary overloads and transient surges for a minimum of 10 seconds at 500% of its rated current, preventing needless openings. The current-limiting design protects downstream components from the damaging thermal and magnetic effects of short-circuits, making it ideal for motor protection and other critical loads.
